All end-user training is carried out on-site by experienced, Lexcel trained SOS Legal software experts, to ensure clients get the very best from their new system from day one.
SOS Legal runs a series of Administrator and Supervisor courses at our headquarters in Bath, which enables each law firm to maintain and tailor their systems in-house
Our expert support team ensures our Support & Maintenance services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Clients have on-line access to our internal support system, allowing them to monitor the status of any support call. All software updates are provided as part of your support contract.
Our implementation teams are Lexcel trained and our project managers are Prince2 trained. We approach all training projects using best practice processes to maximise effectiveness and results.
We monitor the quality and effectiveness of our client training continuously, including using short delegate surveys immediately after each training session.
We apply the same standards to our internal staff training and development to ensure our teams can fulfill their roles effectively within our organisation. The results of both departmental performance and client feedback are then presented at our quarterly full company meetings.
