All end-user training is carried out on-site by experienced, Lexcel trained SOS Legal software experts, ensuring your business gets the most out of SOS Connect from day one.

System Administrator Training
SOS Client support run a series of Administrator and Supervisor courses at our headquarters in Bath, so that user firms can maintain and tailor their systems in-house.

Software Support & Maintenance
Our experienced support team ensures all software support and maintenance services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Clients have on-line access to our internal support system, allowing them to monitor the status of a support call. All software updates are provided as part of your support contract.

Development Support
For complex or bespoke development requirements our experienced team are on hand to either support your team, or provide a full scripting service on your behalf. Both services are chargeable extra.

Community Learning
Access our online learning platform, including valuable content designed to help users embrace SOS Connect and evolve their knowledge of the functionality and capabilities of the software.

Highest Training Standards

Our implementation teams are Lexcel trained and our project managers are Prince2 trained. We approach all training projects using best practice processes to maximise effectiveness and results.

We monitor the quality and effectiveness of our client training continuously, including using short delegate surveys immediately after each training session.

We apply the same standards to our internal staff training and development to ensure our teams can fulfill their roles effectively within our organisation. The results of both departmental performance and client feedback are then presented at our quarterly full company meetings.
