The firm, which has ten offices throughout Bristol and surrounding areas, carries out a range of legal work for businesses and individuals.
It has used SOS practice management software for several years but has now signed up to replace its incumbent case management software with SOS Connect.
David Sheridan, managing partner at Wards said:
“With a growing network of offices in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset and North Somerset, we are looking for a more consistent approach across the whole firm.
“SOS Connect is very flexible and customisable and can be rolled out in phases, with phase one being a matter management system for the whole firm. Implementation has also given us the opportunity to review and enforce some key compliance procedures.
“Our aim is to provide workflow functionality for each area of work in future enhancements including providing better marketing functionality.”
Graham Coilbourne, Managing Director of SOS said:
“We already had a long-standing relationship with Wards Solicitors. However the firm has now reached the stage where it needs a more unified approach across its various offices and we look forward to working closely with the firm on its roll-out of SOS Connect.”
