SOS Connect to replace IRIS Mountain system for 100 users
Hooper & Wollen, a leading firm of solicitors in South Devon is to update its practice and case management workflow with the latest release of SOS Connect from Solicitors Own Software (SOS). Contracts for a 100 user system have been signed. The system is expected to go live in January 2009 at Hooper & Wollen’s offices in Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth.
Hooper & Wollen is this year marking its 140th anniversary, and is committed to a modern, progressive approach to meet all the personal and business needs of its clients. The firm offers a full range of traditional high street services including property services, trusts, wills and probate, family and childcare, litigation and dispute resolution and company commercial work. The firm also offers tax and leisure and tourism services.
According to Managing Partner Chris Hart, the replacement of the existing IRIS Mountain system with SOS Connect will bring considerable benefits: “The overriding benefit will be a system appropriate to our developing business needs providing great flexibility and efficiency for the firm as a whole. SOS Connect will enable us to extend case management beyond our property department to other departments of the firm.”
SOS is also acting as the prime contractor for integration with the telephony system which will provide greater mobile and remote access to calls via the SOS database.
