SOS appoints former legal practice manager
Solicitors Own Software (SOS) has appointed Barbara Parker,
a fellow of the Institute of Legal Accounts Managers, as senior
applications specialist.
Barbara joins the Bath-based legal systems solution provider
from Bristol law firm Sisman Nichols where she was practice manager
for six years. Working for the customer support team, Barbara
will use her extensive cashiering and legal knowledge to ensure
that law firms get the best from their SOS systems.
Practice management software developed by SOS is used by more
than 400 law firms throughout the UK - including several ‘Top
100’ firms - and has a 100 per cent installation success
record.
Barbara’s appointment follows the launch of several exciting
new innovations by SOS. The latest is Virtual Practices,
a secure, web-based legal accounting and matter management service
that is ideal for smaller firms because it provides lawyers with
their own virtual accounts department for a set monthly fee.
